Return Policy
Perfect Mind Perfect Body is committed to ensuring your experience with our products exceeds your expectations. If at any time you are not satisfied with products purchased from Perfect Mind Perfect Body, you may contact us by phone at (929) 265-7274 or email perfectmindperfectbody@gmail.com to arrange for replacement or refund of the product cost. Generally, shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where a guaranteed delivery option was selected but the order was not received in the promised time frame. Other restrictions may apply.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that was damaged or broken during shipping, take photos of the damaged packaging and product and submit them along with a request for replacement to perfectmindperfectbody@gmail.com within three days of receipt of the products.
RETURNS
To discourage fraud and abuse, we require products be returned to Perfect Mind Perfect Body regardless of whether they have been opened or used. Refunds are issued when we receive the returned products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will refund any shipping charges from the original order.
To return a product, use the packing material from your shipment (or similar) to prevent breakage. For liquid products, especially if they have been opened, please place the bottle in a zip lock-style bag and seal prior to wrapping in bubble wrap and mailing. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as returns that are not received may not be refunded without evidence the package was shipped.
